Children’s Yoga
The children’s imaginations take them on a delightful journey during Children’s Yoga classes that are filled with engaging yoga games to strengthen bodies, sustain focus and build social skills. The children also learn the power of breath for focus and relaxation to provide a healthy foundation for their life and learning.
When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfilment, they can navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
Imagination and creativity take centre stage during Children’s Yoga. The children experience various themes, games, and songs. With time the children master the traditional poses and can even create their own.
