Aikido Seed Programme

The Aikido Seed Programme by aikiForest, is an Aikido school specialising in developing pedagogy and curriculum for preschools and children. The Seed Programme is not a pure Aikido class. It extracts the essential characteristics of the Japanese self-defensive martial art of Harmony such as break falls, blending movements and ideas of non-aggression. These characteristics are incorporated into simple basic steps the pre-schoolers can learn in an interactive way. There will be simple steps, stories, activities, and games. Your child will be able to pick up technical skills and work on their social and emotional learning in a fun and engaging way.
